Students have received so many compliments on their first project and several teachers have requested murals in their hall. Help me give my students art supplies that will allow them to create and display their self-portraits! They will learn how artists communicate and work together to design and implement such a large painting. Why am I seeing this? Our current curriculum is centered in culturally relevant and responsive practices. They want a safe place to learn and feel accepted. Our students have been enthusiastically designing their next marvelous mural - featuring everything from lions and unicorns to superheroes and anime. Shopping bag.
